ICD 2016 1st International Conference on Dielectrics

ABSTRACT:

After 11 successful International Conferences on Solid Dielectrics (ICSD) that were held around Europe since its inauguration in Toulouse, France, in 1983 as the International Conference on Conduction and Breakdown in Solid Dielectrics, the ???S??? of Solid disappears, opening the door to liquid and gaseous dielectrics to give birth to the International Conference on Dielectrics (ICD). The widening of the scope is in recognition of the fact that many breakthroughs in science occur at the interface between different areas and that the solid, liquid, and gaseous dielectrics communities will benefit from more interaction.
