Design of a wireless mesh network-based agile training system

PROJECT TITLE :

Design of an agile training system based on Wireless Mesh Network

ABSTRACT:

Because of the difficulties associated with using traditional training methods and the lack of funding for agility training in college sports, a training system for agility based on Wireless MESH Network has been developed. The lower computer is responsible for the automatic networking between nodes that is based on the ESP-MESH network. It also provides a detailed description of the process of networking, intra-group communication, and network management for the MESH network. It has been demonstrated that the Wireless MESH Network is capable of transmitting network data in real time when the number of network layers is less than two, the node response time is approximately 300 milliseconds, and the packet loss rate is very close to zero. The upper computer uses a software design that is based on Android, and it is able to display the amount of time spent on agility training at each point in the movement. In this study, ten college athletes were given training with the assistance of an agility apparatus over a period of time ranging from three to nine weeks. The ability to quickly change directions, move in new directions, and make decisions that are related to agile quality were significantly improved after the training when compared to those abilities before the training (p 0.01 for all comparisons). The results of the experiments indicate that agile coaches are an effective method for improving the agility of college students.
