ABSTRACT:

Secure search techniques over encrypted cloud knowledge allow an approved user to query information files of interest by submitting encrypted query keywords to the cloud server during a privacy-preserving manner. However, in follow, the came back query results might be incorrect or incomplete in the dishonest cloud surroundings. As an example, the cloud server may intentionally omit some qualified results to save computational resources and communication overhead. So, a well-functioning secure query system ought to provide a query results verification mechanism that enables the information user to verify results. In this paper, we tend to design a secure, simply integrated, and fine-grained query results verification mechanism, by that, given an encrypted query results set, the question user not solely will verify the correctness of each information file in the set however additionally will additional check how many or that qualified data files don't seem to be returned if the set is incomplete before decryption. The verification scheme is loose-coupling to concrete secure search techniques and will be terribly easily integrated into any secure question theme. We have a tendency to achieve the goal by constructing secure verification object for encrypted cloud information. Furthermore, a brief signature technique with very little storage value is proposed to ensure the authenticity of verification object and a verification object request technique is presented to allow the question user to securely acquire the desired verification object. Performance evaluation shows that the proposed schemes are sensible and economical.
