ABSTRACT:
The IEEE P1817 working group is creating a standard for consumerownable digital personal property. Our mission is to enable people to actually own movies, music, books, and games that they buy and download. If you think that you own your downloads, then you're not alone; most people think this. We are going to help make it true.
