ABSTRACT:

While an infrastructure-as-a-service cloud provides an economic alternative to managing info technology on premises, it will not give prepared-to-use advanced functionalities for solution management. A platform-as-a-service cloud (PaaS), on the opposite hand, provides application management and offers a catalog of services, that developers can simply use to host their solutions in the cloud. It additionally provides DevOps capabilities, that facilitate the management of a resolution lifecycle. During this paper, we tend to provide insights into the benefits and challenges that developers, who wish to develop applications or offer services, would face in employing a PaaS. We describe the step-by-step method of developing applications and giving services on IBM Bluemix, which may be a PaaS cloud.
